Export Post Comments in Minutes

Thunderbit helps you scrape comment threads from websites and turn them into structured tables, including author names, comment text, timestamps, and links. Use AI Suggest Fields to map the data, then scrape pages, paginated lists, and related subpages for deeper context. Scrape from webpages and supported files like PDFs, docs, and images, then summarize, categorize, or format fields as you export. Send results to Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion, or download as CSV or JSON for reporting and analysis.

Learn how to export post comments into CSV or JSON

Extract comments from a post URL or ID

Post Comments Exporter pulls all available comments from a single post using either a direct post URL or a unique post identifier. It captures key fields like commenter name, comment text, timestamp, and comment links, then compiles everything into a structured table. This is built for teams who need a reliable way to review conversations without copying and pasting, such as marketing, community, and research workflows.

Capture replies and engagement metadata

Beyond the comment text, the tool also collects discussion structure and engagement signals, including like count, reply count, whether a comment is a reply, and the parent comment ID. This makes it easier to analyze threads, identify top discussion starters, and separate original comments from nested replies. It’s useful for anyone tracking audience sentiment, moderation patterns, or recurring questions across a post’s comment section.

Export structured data for analysis and reporting

Choose CSV for spreadsheet-based review or JSON for engineering and analytics pipelines. The exported file is organized by columns such as Comment ID, Comment URL, Timestamp, and engagement metrics, so you can filter, sort, and build reports quickly. This output format works well for sharing with stakeholders, creating weekly community summaries, or running deeper analysis in your preferred tools.
