How to Verify Emails Using Thunderbit
STEP 1Download and InstallDownload and install the Thunderbit Chrome Extension from the Thunderbit Chrome Extension Download Page. Once installed, log in or create a free account to get started.
STEP 2Open ExtensionOpen the Thunderbit Chrome Extension, then open the Bulk Email Verifier tool. Choose one input method: (1) In the "Paste Email List" tab, paste your emails into the multi-line box, using a comma, semicolon, or newline as the separator, or (2) In the "Upload CSV or TXT" tab, upload a single CSV or TXT file that contains your email list. Confirm your list is formatted as one email per line or separated by commas or semicolons.
STEP 3Click the Verify emails ButtonClick the "Verify emails" button to start validation. Thunderbit will return a results table with columns for Email, Status, Reason, and Suggestion, so you can review which addresses are valid, invalid, or risky and why. Export or download the results for use in your CRM or email platform, or copy the table data into a spreadsheet as needed.
