STEP 1Download and InstallDownload and install the Thunderbit Chrome Extension from the Thunderbit Chrome Extension Download Page. Once installed, log in or create a free account to get started.

STEP 2Open ExtensionGo to the website you want to inspect, then open the Thunderbit Chrome Extension. Select the SSL Checker tool, and enter the website URL in the input field. You can type the domain with or without the protocol prefix.

STEP 3Click the Check SSL ButtonClick the Check SSL button to run the scan. Thunderbit will review the site’s certificate and return the validity status, expiration date, issuer, certificate chain, and encryption algorithm in a structured table.
