How to Convert Excel Files Using Thunderbit
STEP 1Download and InstallDownload and install the Thunderbit Chrome Extension from the Thunderbit Chrome Extension Download Page. Once installed, log in or create a free account to get started.
STEP 2Open ExtensionOpen the Thunderbit Chrome Extension and choose the Excel to JSON Converter tool. Upload your .xlsx or .xls file from your device. If your workbook has multiple sheets, enter the sheet name you want to convert. Leave the sheet name blank to use the first sheet.
STEP 3Click the Convert to JSON ButtonClick the Convert to JSON button to turn the spreadsheet into structured JSON. Thunderbit will preserve the sheet layout, use the first row as column headers when appropriate, and represent empty cells as null.
