STEP 2Open ExtensionOpen the Thunderbit Chrome Extension from your browser toolbar. In the tool list, select the "Follow-Up Email Generator" and open the "Generate a Follow-Up Email" tab. Fill in the input fields, including Recipient name, Reason for follow up, Previous communication reference, and any Additional notes.
