Learn how to convert vCard files into a clean CSV contact list

Upload a vCard file and extract contacts

Import a .vcf file and convert one or many saved contacts into a structured table. The converter reads standard vCard formats and turns each contact into a row, so you can stop copying details by hand. It’s built for anyone moving contacts between systems, including sales teams, recruiters, and operations staff who need a reliable way to turn address books into spreadsheet-ready data.

Preserve key contact fields in separate columns

Keep important details organized as dedicated columns, including full name, first name, last name, organization, job title, phone number, email, address, website, and notes. This makes sorting, filtering, and deduping far easier than working with raw vCard text. It’s especially useful when you need consistent formatting for CRM imports, outreach lists, or team-wide contact directories.

Export a CSV that works with your existing tools

Download the results as a CSV file that opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, and other spreadsheet apps. With one contact per row, you can quickly filter by company, segment by role, or create call lists from phone and email columns. The structured output also helps reduce import errors when you later upload the file into a CRM or contact management system.

Use the converter for migrations, cleanup, and list building

Turn exported contacts from phones, email clients, and legacy CRMs into a format your team can review and standardize. Common workflows include consolidating multiple address books, auditing missing emails or phone numbers, preparing event attendee contacts for follow-up, and creating a shared directory for sales or support. The CSV output makes it simple to validate fields before you import them elsewhere.
