Compare scenarios by adjusting fees and inputs

Use the same product and test different assumptions, such as higher ad spend, changing shipping rates, or a new selling price. By recalculating profit margin and total costs each time, you can see which levers matter most and where your break-even point sits. This is useful for ecommerce teams deciding between FBA vs. alternative fulfillment, or evaluating whether a discount will still keep margins healthy.

Validate product opportunities before sourcing inventory

When researching new products, plug in your expected selling price, supplier quote, freight estimate, and typical Amazon fees to see projected net profit and margin. The line-item breakdown makes it easier to spot hidden cost drivers, such as referral fees or fulfillment costs, before you commit to a purchase order. This workflow fits private label sellers, wholesale resellers, and agencies building profitability models for clients.
