STEP 1Download and InstallDownload and install the Thunderbit Chrome Extension from the Thunderbit Chrome Extension Download Page. Once installed, log in or create a free account to get started.

STEP 2Open ExtensionOpen the Thunderbit Chrome Extension, then select the "Email Signature Generator" tool. In the "Create Your Email Signature" tab, fill in the form fields such as Full Name, Job Title, Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Website. Optionally add a Physical Address, Social Links (one per line), and a Disclaimer. If you have a logo, upload one file in the Company Logo field. Choose your preferred Layout Style, Font Family, and Accent Color to match your branding.

STEP 3Click the Generate Signature ButtonClick the "Generate Signature" button to create two outputs: an HTML signature and a plain-text signature, with a live preview of the formatted result. Copy the HTML version into your email client signature settings for rich formatting, or use the plain-text version for clients that do not support HTML. If download or copy options are shown, use them to save the signature and share it across your team for consistent branding.
