Learn how to find professional email addresses from a name and company

Generate a likely work email from name and company

Email Finder helps you predict a professional email address using a person’s full name and a company name or domain. It infers the correct email domain, then applies common corporate naming patterns such as first.last or first initial plus last name. This is built for sales, recruiting, partnerships, and customer success teams that need a practical starting point for outreach without manual searching.

Refine results with extra context and confidence scoring

Add optional details like job title, location, department, or a LinkedIn URL to narrow down matches when names are common. The tool returns one best-guess email plus a confidence score and a simple status label (high, medium, low) so you can decide whether to use it for outreach, queue it for verification, or request more information. It also lists alternative formats to cover common variations.

Build lead lists for outbound and recruiting workflows

Use Email Finder when you have a list of people but missing contact details, such as conference attendees, target accounts, or candidate shortlists. Provide each person’s name and company domain to produce a probable email and a set of alternatives you can test in your outreach stack. This supports SDR teams, agency prospecting, and recruiters who need consistent contact fields for CRM enrichment.

Verify email patterns for account research and data hygiene

Email Finder is useful for confirming a company’s email format when cleaning spreadsheets, deduplicating contacts, or standardizing records across tools. If you already know the domain, the tool helps you align names to the most likely pattern and flags uncertainty with a lower confidence score. Operations and RevOps teams can use the alternatives list to reduce bounce risk and improve contact accuracy.
