Cancellation and Refund Policy

I. Thunderbit Refund Policy and Subscription Terms
These terms apply to all Thunderbit subscriptions, including annual, monthly, and free trial plans purchased online.
II. Subscription Start Date

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed. You will be charged the amount displayed on the ordering page in one lump sum.

III. Automatic Renewals and Charges

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) under the then-current Thunderbit Terms of Service, unless you cancel in advance.
• On your renewal date, we will charge you the applicable subscription fee for the next term, plus any applicable taxes, based on the number of seats or licenses on your account.
• If there are any changes to your plan’s pricing, we will notify you in advance and provide you with the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect.
• Please note that we do not store your credit card information.Thunderbit uses secure third-party payment provider.

IV. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note the following:

1. Cancellation Timing
   • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the end of your current term.
   • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
2. How to Cancel

   • You can cancel your subscription by navigating to your account settings and following the cancellation instructions.

     1. Click on Thunderbit Chrome Extension
     2. Click on “Setting” icon on the top right corner
     3. Click on “Setting” Then “Subscription”
     4. Click on “Manage my subscription”

V. Refund Policy

At Thunderbit, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please review our refund policy below:

1. No Refunds
   • Payments for all subscription plans, whether monthly or yearly, are generally non-refundable, except when all of the following conditions are met:
     a. You are subscribed to an Annual plan.
     b. No credits have been used after payment.
     c. The refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial payment.
   • We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
2. Cancel Anytime
   • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
3. Free Trial
   • If you are on a free trial, you can cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
   • Once the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled.
4. Downgrades
   • If you choose to downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan’s features until the billing period concludes.
