取消批量抽取任务
取消运行中的批量抽取任务。一旦取消，任务无法恢复。
使用场景：
- 停止误提交的大型批量任务
- 取消运行时间过长的任务
- 为其它任务释放资源
注意：
只能取消状态为 PENDING 或 PROCESSING 的任务。已经 COMPLETED 或 FAILED 的任务无法取消。
响应：
成功时返回 204 No Content（空 body）。
逐 URL 可见性：
取消会停止整个批次 —— 无法只取消单个 URL。如果想在取消前查看当前正在处理哪个 URL，先调用 GET /batch/extract/{id}。响应的 results 数组会带上每个 URL 各自的 status（PENDING / PROCESSING / SUCCEEDED / FAILED），可以先确认进度再取消。
